Who We Are
Built around control of the process.
Ratnatech Stahl Private Limited was incorporated in 2019 under the name Manilaxmi Metals and Alloys Private Limited, adopting its current name later. Operations began in 2021. It was established by people already experienced in stainless steel manufacture, with a narrow and deliberate intent: build a manufacturer defined by engineering precision and by the quality of what leaves the gate.
We manufacture across austenitic, ferritic, duplex and super duplex grades, in sizes from OD 3mm to 168.30mm, and we work to the requirement in front of us rather than to a fixed catalogue.

Stage 01 of 08
Raw Material Inspection
Premium AISI 304/316L stainless billets sourced and verified for chemical composition via PMI gun before processing.
Stage 02 of 08
Cold Pilgering
Cold pilgering reduces wall thickness and diameter with micron-level precision using tapered mandrels and profiled rolls.
Stage 03 of 08
Solution Annealing
Tubes heated to 1060 °C in a controlled atmosphere furnace to dissolve carbides and fully restore corrosion resistance.
Stage 04 of 08
Bright Annealing
Hydrogen-atmosphere annealing at 1050 °C produces a bright, oxide-free mirror surface, eliminating the need for acid pickling.
Stage 05 of 08
Cold Drawing
Tubes are drawn through precision tungsten carbide dies on a drawbench to achieve exact OD/ID/wall tolerances per spec.
Stage 06 of 08
Acid Pickling
HNO₃/HF acid bath removes surface oxides and scale, restoring the stainless passive layer for superior corrosion performance.
Stage 07 of 08
NDT Inspection
100% eddy current and ultrasonic inspection on every single tube detects surface and sub-surface defects before shipment.
Stage 08 of 08
Raw Material
Mill-certified, passivated, and packaged tubes shipped globally with full 3.1/3.2 Mill Test Certificates and complete heat traceability.
Product Range
What We Manufacture
Seamless pipes and tubes are our core line, followed by welded pipes and tubes, with heat exchanger tubes, hydraulic and instrumentation tubes, and box sections alongside them. Each line ships in a range of grades, sizes and supply conditions.
